Canceled Purchases:  Please note that once an order has been placed, it can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours. After cancellation, a refund will be made to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

For products that arrive incorrect, defective or damaged during transport by the carrier, please contact us. In these cases, we will take care of refunding or resending our goods. There are no additional costs for you, Happy Printer covers all costs. However, we will need a photo/video of the damaged item in order to process a return or refund. want to return the products to us, we will provide you with a shipping waybill which will be covered by us

The window to return an item is 14 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support and we will do our best to help you! Please note that only new products in original condition can be returned. New products are defined as unopened products in original packaging and products that have never been used.

If you want to return an item, there is no restocking fee. The return method is by post and the shipping label will be provided by us and not the customer, provided the products arrive incorrectly, are defective or are damaged in transit by the carrier. If the customer regrets it, the customer must pay for the waybill.

How do I request a refund?

To return your item, please email us at support@printroop.com

The return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the shipment.

The condition of the item must be new and unused. If the item is not in new condition and unused, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Who is responsible for the costs of the return?

If the item arrives damaged, Printroop™ Printer covers the return postage costs and sends a return label to the customer. If the customer changes their mind within 14 days of delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Printroop™ offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. However, this guarantee does NOT apply if:

  • The customers are dissatisfied with the ordered color product.
  • Customers damage their items after use.
  • Customers refuse delivery from carriers.
