We allow cancellations and changes to orders within 24 hours of placing your order. If you request the order to be canceled within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount of the order. If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, we cannot cancel or change your order. This is because we process and ship most orders within 24 hours of placing the order (refunds will be issued within 72 hours).
Our return policy lasts 14 days and only starts when our package is delivered to your address.
We accept all returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure you are satisfied with your purchases.

What happens if the item I ordered is broken or damaged? We will reimburse you if that happens.
We take great care in choosing the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a defect or fault with the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the item and we will resolve it together with you.
We primarily ship from delivery centers in the US, East Asia and Western Europe. If the item you have purchased is not in stock at your nearest location, we will ship it directly from our production lines with the same delivery times as listed in our shipping section.
